Every 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month at 9.00am to 9.40am Online via Zoom
Enhance your spiritual growth, clarity of mind and well-being within this 40-minute guided mindfulness session. We will gradually take you through the ‘Path of Wisdom’ (The Dhammapada) that is remarked as the ancient anthology of Buddhism. Based on this principal text, you will be taught to overcome all forms of suffering, sorrow, pain, sadness and distress that lead to complete liberation in life!
