-A Luminous Celebration of Vesak Day with Mindfulness 2024-

 

In remembrance of the Vesak Full-Moon Poya Day, or the Buddha Day 2568 (23 May 2024), we were very fortunate to pay our respect to our noble teacher, the Buddha Gotama, with a mindful reflection; whilst expressing our devotion and gratitude towards our spiritual master, we learnt the Dhamma through a mindful practice of loving-kindness meditation.

 

By the merits of this wholesome deed, may the light of peace and wisdom, tear away all sensual desire and ignorance in human life, and radiate throughout the world!
