We are grateful to everyone who joined our second Mindfulness Meditation Session of 2026, Deepening Calm: Meeting Life with Awareness. This session offered a valuable opportunity to pause, reflect, and cultivate inner calm through mindfulness practice. The programme included a short Dhamma talk, guided meditation, and time for questions and shared reflection. Together, we explored how mindfulness helps us meet life’s experiences with clarity, steadiness, and compassion — developing a calm presence amid the changing nature of thoughts, emotions, and daily challenges.
