Manusaraṇa — Serving the Realm of Humanity
The Manusaraṇa Initiative is a scholarship programme dedicated to supporting novice monks in their education and spiritual development.
Many young monks who enter the monastic path face difficulties accessing educational resources and opportunities for study. This programme aims to provide support so that they may continue their training in the Dhamma and Vinaya, developing wisdom, discipline, and compassion in their lives.
Through this initiative, the Society hopes to help create opportunities for these young monks to deepen their learning and strengthen their commitment to the monastic path. Support offered through the programme may include assistance with educational scholarships, study materials, and essential living support, enabling them to focus on their training and spiritual growth. By nurturing the education of novice monks, we also help support the future of the Buddhist monastic community and the continuation of the Buddha’s teachings.
How You Can Help
Those who feel inspired to support this initiative are warmly invited to contribute. Regular monthly contributions are particularly helpful in providing stable and ongoing support for the monks participating in the programme. Every offering, regardless of its size, is received with gratitude and contributes directly to supporting the education and well-being of these young practitioners.
