We warmly invite you to join our regular meditation sessions at the Oxford Buddhist Society.
These gatherings offer an opportunity to cultivate mindfulness, calm, and understanding through guided bhāvanā (meditation practice) and gentle discussion. Our sessions take place on the first and third Saturday of each month. Each meeting includes a period of guided mindfulness meditation followed by a quiet and open conversation, allowing participants to reflect on the practice and share questions or insights in a supportive environment.
The sessions are designed to be welcoming and accessible to everyone, including those who are completely new to meditation or Buddhist practice. No previous knowledge or experience is required. You are simply invited to come with an open mind, listen carefully, and take part at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
All sessions are offered free of charge, in the spirit of loving-kindness and compassion.
