Evening Chanting and Guided Mindfulness Meditation 21/6/2026

Join us on Saturday and Sunday evenings for gentle chanting and guided mindfulness meditation. These sessions offer a supportive space to consciously arrive at the weekend and to mindfully prepare for the week ahead. Through chanting, we steady the breath and soften the body; through guided mindfulness, we cultivate presence, clarity, and ease. Beginning and ending the week in this way helps us release what has been, ground ourselves in the present moment, and set a calm, intentional tone for what is to come.
