The Children’s Mindfulness Club

We are delighted to introduce The Children’s Mindfulness Club, a new monthly initiative created especially for the younger members of our community.
This programme offers a calm, friendly, and nurturing space where children can learn the simple but valuable skills of mindfulness. Through gentle guidance, storytelling, breathing practices, quiet reflection, and group discussion, children will be encouraged to pause, breathe, notice their thoughts and feelings, and develop mindful awareness in everyday life.
The sessions are designed to support children in building calmness, kindness, confidence, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of connection with themselves, others, and the world around them.
The Children’s Mindfulness Club will take place on the 4th Saturday of every month at the monastery.
Session Times
Primary School Students:
4:00pm – 4:40pm
Secondary School Students:
4:40pm – 5:30pm
Parents and guardians are warmly invited to RSVP if their child or children are interested in attending this new event series.
We very much look forward to welcoming our younger members to the monastery and supporting them on their journey of mindfulness, kindness, and inner peace.
