Volunteer Arrangements

Each volunteer’s breakfast and lunch dāna may be treated as a monthly recurring offering until further notice from us. If at any time you are unable to continue, please let us know without hesitation, so that we can arrange an alternative volunteer in good time.

Weekdays and Weekends

Weekday arrangements are subject to the Oxford Dates of Term 2025-26. Weekend arrangements are generally stable, with minimal changes expected. If any changes are required, the Communications Team will contact you at the earliest opportunity.

Breakfast Dāna

Breakfast may be brought to the Saṅgha residence at 6:45 am on the day of offering. If this is not possible, you may bring it the previous evening before 8:30pm. The Venue details will be notified upon confirmation.  

Lunch Dāna

Lunch may be brought to the Saṅgha residence at 10:45 am on the day of offering. If this is not possible, you may bring it the previous evening before 8:30pm. The Venue details will be notified upon confirmation.
