Continuing the Path: Deepening Mindfulness in Daily Life

At the dawn of Madin Full-Moon Day, we were delighted to host our second Mindfulness Meditation Retreat 2026 in association with the Oxford Existential Meditation Society.
Building on the foundations of our first retreat, this gathering invited participants to deepen their practice through sustained attention, wise reflection, and gentle inquiry. Through guided sitting and walking meditation, yoga, and shared reflections, we explored how mindfulness reveals impermanence, cultivates clarity, and nurtures compassionate responses to the rhythms of daily life.
